I am going on 7 weeks so i'm still at early stages.. i had a m/c last year and i am now being very careful in what i eat.. is tined tuna safe? Its serena tuna in oil? Please i need answers

Everything I've read is that Tuna should be okay in moderate amounts. If you do a search for fish that's safe to eat during pregnancy, you'll get all the information.
I miscarried twins last summer and am 31 weeks now with my 2nd single. I understand how you feel the need to be extra cautious, but sweety, the loss wasn't your fault. Try not to stress too much and tell your doctor of any concerns/anxieties you have. Best wishes!
