might have pneumonia???

I'm 28 weeks pregnant, and since Sunday night, I've had a fever of a little over 100° F and can't stop coughing/wheezing.  Called my primary care doctor and he wants to see me tomorrow to see if I have pneumonia.  I have asthma, and am prone to pneumonia.  I had pneumonia in my first trimester with my first pregnancy, and lost the baby at the end of my 12th week.  I'm kind of freaking out.  Now that I'm in my 3rd trimester, I'm worried about preterm labor now (a lot of websites say it can happen with pneumonia).  Any words of encouragement?  I mean, I don't know, yet, if it is pneumonia, but it feels like it.  Anyone had pneumonia during the 3rd trimester and have a story to tell?

I wanted to add that im sorry you are sick and ill pray for you. Im at 29 weeks. Even though our babies are getting stronger we are still fragile. Try not to worry and if you start coughing just relax and try to slow it down...
:( hang in there

Ive had pneumonia but not while pregnant. All I can suggest is to just rest and drink tons of water.
I hope it goes without saying but call in to work. If you have other kids get help.

Prayers for you and your little one. Just get it treated asap and try to stay positive. I haven't been through this and cannot imagine the stress it is putting on you.
