You should feel 10 movements in 2 hours. I would go get checked and do a NST to make sure everything is fine with baby
With my fisrt baby I never counted movements and she didnt move a whole lot nor did she move so many times an hour.
I got into a warm bath and drank ice cold water, works for instant movement every time. Don't scare yourself too much!
I would definitely go to the ER so they can check on the baby and make sure all is ok. Just to be on the safe side
If you have tried all of that and nothing u should give your doc a call just to be on the safe side.
I had literally tried all that and felt nothing. My baby went from being VERY active to nothing at all
Drink a quart of ice water and lay on you're left side
OR YOU CAN EAT SOMETHING SWEET AND LAY ON YOUR LEFT SIDE APPLE JUICE ALSON MOUNTAIN DEW SODA WORKS ALSO
They say to drink some oj then lay on ur left side
I have a very lazy baby, which scares me as my first was very active, my dr said to try to count 10 movements throughout the day and call if I notice a decrease. At 24wks I hadn't felt it for 24hrs so they did a scan and as soon as they started the ultrasound it tried to wiggle away. Then at 28wks I hadn't felt it for 12hrs so they put the ctg monitor on and got me to chew on some ice. Now we know its not a terribly active baby my dr isn't too concerned about not feeling it every hour but definitely call if its a sudden decrease in movement. Nothing like reassurance!
My doctor said always lay on your left side and you should feel 5-6 movements each half hour he said if you haven't noticed feeling anything look at the clock, relax and time it
i was just asking the same question myself. cause i always get confused on how many movements should be in a day or an hour but i would agree with MamaFarles try the cold water and laying on your left side. that did work for me im also 32 weeks
Try some ice cold water and laying on ur left side. If can't ur little one to move then I would call just to make sure.
