The only thing that helped me even a tiny bit was zofran. All food made it worse. Hope yours gets better soon.

I went through that til halfway through my 2nd trimester. Preggie pops help some people, small meals with carbs help some. When I could eat all I could keep down was carbs. I was so sick of carbs. Ended up on zofran til that stopped working. Tried vitamin b6 and unisom. That worked for a time as well.  Jeep communication open with your doc.

You poor thing! I was the same until I hit 13-14weeks. From the moment I woke till when I went to bed I was nauseous and retching and sometimes vomiting! Its awful! Try eat small amounts of carbs every 2hours to keep it at bay. I found toast and plainish pasta was my diet for those few weeks! If u cant keep anything down ask your doctor to prescribe some anti sickness tablets. Good luck!
