Go to Walgreens, they sell these amazing bracelets for nausea/motion sickness,  the brand is SEA BANDS- I just got the Walgreens brand... they look like sweat bands with plastic pieces that put pressure on pressure points on your wrists.. HOLY COW they really help!! Within 5 minutes of putting them on I feel better! Hope this helps you too!!

I take  small bites of saltine crackers first and sip on water. After it stays down then I eat something more solid but not a lot.

I'm sorry I know sometimes chewing gum would help a little the nausea was a constant but vomiting wasn't.  I wasn't sure which was worse.is it possible to call the Dr office in the morning and tell them? I couldn't hold down water either I was lucky to take a Lil sip. I ended up in EL at 11 wks. I had called my Dr because the vomiting was getting worse and she prescribed me zofran but so if I keep vomiting I needed to go yo EL for an IV for dehydration.  If you get too dehydrated it can cause a miscarriage. Have you tried gatorade? Half gatorade and water?  I was told to also try that to stay hydrated. Also for me everything I drank had to be cold with ice I couldn't handle room temp liquids it made me more sick

I'm sorry I was like that too until about week 18. After going to the EL for dehydration the Dr gave me Zofran and Raglan.  Combined those 2 helped alot. Before that I tried eating small frequent meals but bread is what really helped me. I tried lemonade ginger tea ginger ale ice chips preggie pops nothing took away the nausea and vomiting but I learned if I did eat frequently then I would throw up bile and dry heave which drained the life out of me more than vomiting food. I hope it goes away soon for you. Hang in there it does get better
