morning sickness

My morning sickness is really intense I've tried everything I could think of and have read every article on ways to fix it and it's so bad I don't want to get out of bed all day and I have a 4 year old so it's not working. Anybody have a remedy that works for them??? I'll try annything

You probably have hyperemeies see ur o.b asap because u can become serverly dehydrated lile I did :(

Had a rough one, could not eat either cos everything came right bek up n  i had a strong sense of smell. I drank roiboos tea n it got better n its totaly safe during pregnancy.

Go to your doctor, there are safe medications you can take.
I no the feeling im 38 weeks and still have morning sickness - ive been taking zofran my whole pregnancy.

I posted the other day, so sorry if this is repeat for you, but my chiropractor gave me a tip. Heat a cup of water and squeeze the juice from a whole lemon into it and drink it. It's not instant relief but if you do it every day for several days, you'll start feeling better. She said it works for 3 out of 4 of her clients. For myself, peppermint gum has been a lifesaver.

My last pregnancy I lost 13 lbs bc I couldn't eat and was in bed all day. I had to get zofran. This time I have it again but noticed if I make myself eat all the time, I feel better. It's the empty stomach that makes me sick. I'm using sea bands, preggie pops, ginger candies, b natal pops, ginger ale, etc.
