I am five weeks as well and I am starting to get heart burn symptoms because I stopped taking my nexium for my acid reflux. Also I am starting to feel nauseated so yes it is perfectly normal

Avoid foods that are high in raffinose,
Stachyose, and verbascose. These are broken down by methanococcus if Aspergillus can't handle it. Also avoid fried foods.

Your body is getting rid of waste so it smells worse. Depending on what you eat it when you are further along it may still be terrible.

Eat 6 small meals. Drink enough water. Stay away from spicy, and foods that cause gas.

Do u recommend any certain foods that made it feel better.  Because I get the "gas" pains to and gross but true once I do pass gas it is such a tremendous relief!
