I just needed to eat simple foods with simple carbs and eat them every three hours. Also had to eat a bowl of cereal the very first thing after waking up. Also make sure to work in protein somehow. Good luck!!

Try sucking on ginger nut biscuits they helped me and always having a container in the car just in case I feel sick. Small regular meals too

I sipped hot ginger tea and it helped the sickness immediately !!Except My morning sickness was all day sickness in the first trimester :( I was puking and nauseous all day even without eating . I thought there was no cure until I drank hot ginger tea. it helped immediately and it's not super great tasting but after a few sips I felt Immediate relief. You can buy it at any grocery store. Hope this helps . Good luck , it does get better and goes away. I'm a first time mom as well.
