I really want some mountain dew.. lol I haven't had any throughout my pregnacy,I've had soda &tea,  Do you think it is okay if I get a bottle of mountain dew? I don't even need to drink the whole bottle,I would just love some of it

You are fine. It has about the same caffine content as other soads, and having a little caffine is not going to hurt you or the baby. In reality if you arent drinking decaf tea you are probaby ingesting more caffine than you would get in one mountain dew anyways.

Mt dew is fine there is 54mg in 12 oz.  The march of dimes says to stay under 150 mg in a day.  I drank it all throughout my first pregnancy and my son was perfect.  Just watch all sources of caffeine through out the day.

I always crave mt.dew and i have maybe a can or two a week of caffine free mt.dew. Tastes the same and cures my craving!! Give it a try :-)
