movement chart
Hi... im 29 weeks today and as of tomorrow need to keep a chart of my babies movements. .. does this mean every single kick and movement I feel or do I count the 2-3 kicks at once as 1 or count that as 3 kicks?

Yes it means every single kick. So that would be 3 kicks. Usually they have u chart for an hour or how long it takes to kick 10 times. Hope that helps!
I've never heard if this before (im almost 32 weeks) lol sorry! Will be interested to hear what other mummas say. Good luck
