Do babies do growth spurts while in the womb? And will it cause baby to move less while my muscles stretch? Seems like this past week, I've been unable to get full. And baby has not been moving at much. And my stretch marks have tripled. And look bruised.... Or is this just typical 27-29 week growth....

Yeah they do! Theres lots of 'normal rate' growth charts and ratios that you can google and look at! During the bigger growth spurts alot of women I know say they wont feel baby move for a while... like a few days. Im sure its growth.... but call ur doc if you get too concerned!
