mucus plug or discharge?
I'm 36+6 went to the doctors yesterday I'm 2cm dialated. This morning went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was this glob of snot looking discharge. This is my fourth pregnancy and I've never lost my mucus plug. .... was that some of it? I've heard the mucus plug usually is tinged with pinkish or brownish. This was like yellowish, greenish, whitish.... No pink or brown.
Definitely sound like your mucus plug mine was completely clear with no pink with my first pregnancy
It's cervical mucus. It can come out different colors I've been losing mucus for 2 weeks now. The plug is usually pinkish or reddish tinged though is what doctor told me because I asked her how to tell the difference between the mucus and the mucus plug.
From my experience it can be different colors mine was bloody and snotty looking
