My Dr gave me benadryl for night and sarna moisturizing lotion during the day. Non prescription both. They worked. And they're both safe during pregnancy.
Take an oatmeal bath (Google it) or use lotion with oatmeal in it
I feel your pain. My nips,belly,thighs...everything itches! My only advice is keep hydrated and oil up.
