I had it when I was 20 weeks then it went away. Now I'm 34 weeks and leg cramps are back. Try to eat a banana before u sleep. I also take magnesium supplements. Hope this helps. I just had a big one that woke me up last night.
I get them constantly as well. All u have to do is stretch through them and remember to always flex ur feet and not point them. There are lots of stretches u can look up online that can help too.
My midwife told me to drink plenty of water and make sure I'm getting plenty of calcium and magnesium.
My calves cramp almost every night. I'd like to know. Probably just patassium and water
