my baby girl is here - labour story

I was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday 13th Jan at 6:30am to be induced. by 7am they inserted a pill which would make me dilate and efface. when they checked at 10am I had only reached 1.5cm. they inserted another pill, and slowly the contractions began, unbearable at times. at 2pm the doc found I dilated only to a 4 and my baby seems to have had a bowel movement. she broke my water bag to confirm that.
The doc then decided we'd have to do a c-section and they prepared me for the operation theatre. I was in so much pain I didn't care anymore how they get my baby girl out as long as it's soon.

within 3 minutes Tara was born, weighing in at 2.78kilo. I love her mucho mucho, she's the best thing that ever happened to me!  I'm so happy  :-)

thank you all for your kindness, your support and your advice. I wish you beautiful ladies safe and healthy pregnancies.
