Siatica is a nerve that can be pinched or just bc your back is out of wack I have two bulged disks in my back I was doing great till I got pregnant now I have it doen my right cheek best thing to do is relax take a nice warm bath after bath put your feet up with back laying flat for little while or at night sleep with pillow between your legs so it takes preasure off your spine as well but try to relax and the massage wouldnt be needed in the butt but your back that's where siatica stems from ....good luck it should go away after the baby if not kiropractors work great to relieve the pain of that bit after a certain amount of weeks can't go to kiropractor anymore while pregnnat

Im 27 weeks and have had this from about 20 weeks, mine only hurts during and after work, I wanted to continue working until later but ive had to stop now as it has got so bad :( I told my midwife about the pain and she said that rest is the best thing.  I would suggest that you take it VERY easy at work and consider leaving early if you can xx
