weird belly concerns

two points of concern :

1. my belly seems bigger on sum days and smaller on other days. I understand the baby's position may keep changing. but sometimes I feel huge for 28 weeks, n sometimes I still feel small. do you too feel ur belly size varies from one day to another?

2. the area around my naval hurts when I press it lightly. I removed my belly piercing around a month ago. when I now press down around that area, it hurts a bit. is that normal or something to do with the piercing I removed?

thanks for your advice ladies  :-)

I took my ring out too, before I even got into my second trimester.  And sometimes if I run my hand or fingers over or around my belly button it hurts. As far as I know it looks to be clean and clear of imfection. So it could just be the stretched skin, like the other ladies are saying. Cus some days it hurts others ot doesn't.

Definitely interesting lol I've got two little feet sticking out right below my rib cage and she is nagging me want to cry it hurts very bad :-( it is possible baby has just put a lot of pressure in that area around your belly button and with stretching skin and getting uterus may just be a little tender if just being it up at your next dr appt :-) but it's definitely normal to look bigger or smaller sometimes :-)

thanks for your kind responses ladies.

yeah I hope the belly button pain is due to baby stretching and not sum kind of internal infection or so. cuz from outside nothing's visible.

I'm looking forward to the days when I find a foot, butt or head sticking out on one side of my belly. I'm  sure that's super fun !!

The naval pain could be just from the baby stretching your belly and causing pressure around your belly button...the piercing might not have helped, but as long as it's not infected looking then I wouldn't worry

My tummy looks bigger same days for sure.  Sometimes baby will lay on one side and my tummy will look all weird shaped.  Or I'll see a foot or a butt sticking out and that looks weird too. Lol I think it's normal.

As for the navel piercing.. Is it red around at all?  It Could be infected or just sensitive.

As for the naval area does it appear infected? Redness, swelling, or drainage? That might be the case.

I'm 20 weeks and have some days where I feel and look bigger. Very well might have to do with babes position and bloating.

I'm only 17 weeks and some days my stomach looks bigger than others. I think it's bloating.
