nail biting... help?????

I really have a problem with nail biting and REALLY REALLY REALLY want to stop anybody else have this problem or has conquered this?

Walgreens sales an anti bite nail polish. It is really good it helped me with my bad nail bitting habits. It taste nasty therefore when you try to bite your nails you quickly retract.  At the same time it gives your nails a clear glossy look. Try it.

I've been biting my nails since I was six.. My mom tried everything the horrible tasting nail polish the chili on fingers and still I managed to bite my way through lol. Thankfully my prenantals helped out sooo much! Arylic nails never did any good because my nails came out horrible looking and thin. I noticed the only thing that kept me from biting them was painting them..

Happy to see that i am not the only one!! I have controlled somehow but still end up biting once in a while!! One possible way might be cut ur nails as much possible so that theres nothing left to bite!! :D

Lol down south they'd put some chicken poo under the nails you'd stop real quick...I'd probably recommend hot sauce or something you don't care for. ..
