nasal congestion and headaches
Im 18+2 and this nasal congestion just won't go away, and now im getting these headaches and its horrible..puts me in a bad mood and i try to sleep but it's just not working... have any of you had this if so what do u do to deal with it??
I'm flipping miserable at the moment.. 19 weeks and it just started.. I have a humidifier and it isn't doing anything.. last time it happened my doc told me only tylenol.. :( I'm preparing for misery for at least a week. .
O had that for 2 weeks and couldnt bteathe thru my nose. Nothing worked so i called my dr and he gave me augmentin for 5 days!!! Im all better now!
Maybe try saline spray for your nose. I bought a humidifier but only used it two times. As far as headaches, I was popping Tylenol left and right, but I just suffered thru the last one. Tylenol is horrible for migraines.
