Pain in my legs anyone else?
Starting to get pain in my knee caps and ankel has any one else had this???

OK just seen how far on you are and yes its to be expected. Hot bath will work a treat to sooth your joints. Still check with your go if it becomes too much x
I have the opposite. When I'm not pregnant I'm on very strong pain meds for a knee that has no cartlidge. The muscles relaxing with pregnancy hormones actually do my leg a favour. Some women experience pain in joints and especially back due to the relaxed muscles. Try and take it easy and don't just stand up from a chair using your knees but use your hands to push yourself up it will help. If it becomes unbearable then talk to your doc as there are some pain meds which are safe in pregnancy. Good luck x
