nausea nausea everywhere!

This is my first baby and I'm in week 6, my nausea is so bad that I can hardly sleep.  Is this normal?

Very normal. The key is trying to keep something on your stomach. I know it is hard to eat because you feel so bad, but find something that sounds good and go for it. Good luck, as exciting as it is to be pregnant that part is not fun.

Completely normal. I'm 12 weeks and mine is pretty much gone, but I use to wake up with it so bad I'd be sweating. It's terrible. Try eating crackers and I found that peppermint tea worked really well.

I would recommend ginger chews from the health food store before running to a medication ;)

There's a new drug too called diclegious (sp?). I was on Zofran but my Dr recommended I make the switch to the new drug as it has fewer side effects. Sea bands are great too and can be found in the pharmacy section of any store. Also, switching from prenatal pills to a gummy prenatal helped a lot as well. Freezer pops, chicken noodle soup, ramen noodles, lemonade, frozen fruits (especially mango), those are a few things that helped me make it through. Small amounts, lots of water and moving around some helps too. Also, if you go for Zofran, have some sort of stool softener on hand, mirilax,  colace, something because Zofran is known for its side effect of constipation.  Hope that helps some and good luck!
