With my daughter I was sick as a dog hut eating crackers and sipping on ginger ale did help me. But I was still sick my entire first trimester. So far this time I've been taking smaller meals and I still get nauseas with certain smells but it does get better

Smaller meals more frequently. Crackers, ginger ale. Make sure you're getting lots of water. Sleep with crackers by your bedside and eat some when you wake up, before you get out of bed. Ginger gravol should be safe to take for the worst of it.
