nausea

I have nausea so bad I just dry heave. I was wondering is that bad..I can't eat so I'm wondering if the dry heavings bad because it seems extreme .ftm so I'm a bit anxious about everything.

I'm 29 weeks and just had the same problem a few days ago. I threw up anything and everything I ate , but it dehydrated me and had to be hospitalized for fainting spells so be careful !! My nausea stopped at 10 weeks so hopefully yours does too (:

Thank you I'll try anything.  I'm just hoping it doesn't get worse since I just started week six.

It's normal unfortunately :( Just like Mickiesofia1 said saltines helped me a lot (I had nausea and morning sickness really bad). I'm 19eks but things didn't get better til my 16th week but everyone is different. My doctor recommended vitamin B6 and that I at every small meals whenever I could, oh and she also suggested anything ginger or fresh cut lemon. Hope that helps!

Its common. Eat saltine crackers that will help with the nausea n help u eat as well.
