nausea

This is my second pregnancy I'm about 6 weeks, I'm always nauseous, can't stomach anything. I can't brush my teeth without vomiting. I cringe at the site of food. Please give me advice to feel better I'm very miserable

Things with lemon in them seem to help as well like lemonaid and lemon drops (candy) are handy to stuff in my pocket at work for a quick relief while I'm too busy to be sick.

Im 6 weeks and get very nauseous I drink caffeine free ginger ale and it really helps.

I stayed sick like that until 16 weeks and occasionally I still have sick days. 19wks tomorrow:)

I eat lots of fruits stuff that is light on your stomach and fresh air help me 2 i use to put a cold taowl  on the back of my neck it help cool me off and it stop the nausea  sometimes

Thanks,  I've tried ginger and lemon tea, saltine crackers and like you said when you don't eat it makes you feel worse.  At work I'm mostly uncomfortable and want to leave early everyday. I can't enjoy the moment right now I have a appointment soon and hopefully I can be prescribed something

I'm sorry you have been so sick. I always felt nauseous at first too. I would just sip on ginger tea and eat saltines. The more I didn't eat the more sick I felt.
