Hello Ladies, there is actually something to help your back pain. It's called a Pre-Natal Cradle. It's basically a support garment that you put under your shirt and helps hold your belly up and your back will feel 10000x better ask your Obgyn for it. She/he will know exactly what your talking about.
It works wonders.... I'm a waitress so my back use to kill me during work... Not any more :)

Hi! I'm sorry you're having such bad pains! I started getting the same pains around the same time as you maybe a little earlier. Unfortunately it's not going to go away. But there are exercises that can deff help! Look up excessive for lower back pain on you tube. My pain is sciatic pain and it only gets worst from here :/ sometimes it's hard for me to even walk. But I put away heating pad on my back for a bit and it will go and way for a couple hrs. As far as peeing alot in middle of the night. Try not to drink anything past 9pm. It works for me and I don't have to get up in middle of night MOST nights. Hang in there momma. It's almost over
