Me too. toasted Peanut butter and honey sandwiches is what I like without being too terribly indulgent.
Fruit and smoothies. I've also been munching on fruit Mentos today, although I'm not sure how bad that would be more than infrequently.
Bubble gum lol. The flavored one has helped me tons. Might not be good but I chew it till flavors gone and then throw it out. Lol
Dont know if this will help you but it does for me. Whenever i crave sweets i drink a full glass of water with lemon juice. It fills me up and curbs my craving
