I continued doing Zumba until just last week at 25 weeks when it really wasn't comfortable anymore. I didn't do anything with a lot of jumping but my instructor showed me some alternatives. I'll just continue on with walking and light weights until the end i think unless my doctor says otherwise.
Talk to your doctor to make sure you have no big risks but most doctors would say that you can keep you workout scheduled except for heavy impact sports. I run. Listen to your body and make adjustments when your belly gets big.
I was big into running I just stop and take a break when I get belly pains and stop when I am short of breath. I'm 18w make sure you drink lots of water tho. Good luck
I was big into weight lifting before I get pregnant. Soon as I got pregnant I switched to Pilates! And I love it.
It is safe to keep up what ever level of activity you have before through out pregnancy.
