Baby All over again

Has anyone not given birth in over 5 years. I'm pregnant with my second child and when I give birth my son will be 8. I feel like I am starting all over again. All I can remember is the changing and feeding. I was thinking of taking a child birth class cause I didn't take one with my first child. Is anyone else having this issue

Yes I have a 14 and an 8 yr old and now due Aug 12. I'm more nervous now than the first pregnancy.  Hopefully things come back to me.  And I know I have some helpers.

Yes same here. My son just turned 8 yesterday and my baby girl is due Aug. 27. I feel like a ftm all over again with a new born. By the time she's 4 I'll feel confident again lol. That's about as far back as I can remember everything in detail about my son. All the earlier years I just remember milestones, not the day to day stuff lol.

My son will be 6 2 days before I'm due. I'm super excited but I don't remember all the mistakes I made with my son as a baby. So it will be a learning experience all over again.

My son just turned 11 so I'm with you on feeling like you're starting over. But he's been helping with everything and is just as anxious as everyone else to see his sister.

Yes, but my husband assures me how things will come naturally to him and I. My sister just went through the exact same thing last year and she told me how somehow you just know what to do. My advice is, try not to worry too much. If you feel like a class will help, then go for it. No shame in that.
