nervous about labor

So im 35 weeks and getting a little nervous about labor.  I decided not to do a birthing class but did watch some YouTube video.  Its my first and I'm hoping I can go all natural but I know thinga can change.  Any advice or suggestions on how to deal with pain during labor would be much appreciated. I know having a focus point and moving around helps. And there many different labor positions, side, squatting, on all fours etc.  Ugg I hope I can do this lol.

Make sure to keep a clear head going into labor. Agree with the comment above.  The tub helps a lot.  Make sure to take deep breaths during your contractions. I always had someone let me know when my contraction was subsiding by the number on the machine. This is my 4th pregnancy and I always give a copy of my birth plan to my doctor so he/she knows exactly what I want.

Being in the bath helps take some of the pressure off, someone to hold on to and squeeze helped me too. Massage of the hands and feet between contractions. Sip energy drinks during labor to keep energy levels high. Scream all you want too! It's helps and I don't know why. Be brave. Your body is made to do it and it's all worth it.  Xxx
