officially decided for a repeat c section.

So I have been debating a vbac. But my gf recently attempted.one and ruptured and.lost her baby at 39 wks. So I'm def. Not now. It was the worst thing I've ever witnessed in my entire life. So I'm going with a repeat c section. I'll be scheduling it in the beginning of October hopefully for the last wk of December! I'll be getting my tubes tied and a c tuck at the same time. I'm so excited for my little bean!

Yeah I hear the chances are higher of problems w  mother during a c section. I'd rather something go wrong for me than w.my baby. So I be having a repeat as.much as it stinks!!

I can't believe it happened so fast! They say you usually have up to 30 minutes to get baby out. That is so scary. I really want a vbac I hate to question myself I've been so sure about it and positive but I can't imagine but I think so many things can do wrong with repeat cesarean also. Ugh idk

By the time the babies heart rate dropped they rushed her into surgery and the baby was gone. Boom like that fast

Yes but she had no pains or anything so they had no clue it was happening.

Yeah I mean some people have successful vbacs and sometimes people rupture and the babies are ok. I was told that I'm a good candidate BC I had a vaginal birth in 2010 but to me even that tiny chance.of rupture or losing the baby isn't worth it to me. I couldn't live w myself if I choose to go the vbac BC of a easier recovery and something happened to my baby. I was going to until I watched what happened to my gfs baby boy she had 2 previous vaginL births before too.. It hit really close to home for me. But remember it doesn't always happen its your decisions mommas. I just thought I'd share my experience with my best friend.  :-/

Uterine rupture is ab a .5 % that is extremely heartbreaking that that happened to her. But it does not sway my decision I am still having a vbac. That c was doctors fault for not catching it in time.

Holy cow. They told me that was a risk, I've had 2 c-sections and was really wanting a V-bac with this one. I was thinking what are the chances of that happening to me. This story makes me think twice. I thought it was just a scare tactic to get more money. ○_○
