Night Terrors is a parasopnia disorder which will can happening on the first three hours of sleep. When that happens people will not remember their terror when they wake up but whenever they wake up their heart ratewill be high sky. Also whenever someone is having a terror they can be crying in their sleep, swinging punches and many other just to try to defend themselves. But once again a person will not remember what he or she dream about that terrorize them in their sleep. (I took psychology class)

Basically what we get are just really bad dreams :/ I had one yesterday

Unfortunately, it's very common to have vivid dreams and nightmares during pregnancy. They say it's because of the elevated hormones. I've had some horrible ones as well!
