nipple stimulation
Okay I know this may sound crazy but how do you stimulate your nipples? Is it just using your pump or playing with them or what..lol?
Yeah im 39 weeks and im 2 cm too so I think im going to try it out. Thank you
I haven't been hooking up to the pump as if she were here every tqo to three hours definitely helping so far ill let you know if I have her soon im already 2 cm dilated
Yes just playing/rubbing on your nipples will stimulate them enough to cause contractions later in pregnancy .. I was tired of being pregnant with my 3rd and one night I couldn't sleep I was rubbing them all throughout the night on and off...and sure enough sent into actual labor that morning and had my daughter at 530 that evening !!
I don't know exactly but I read that in order for it to help you have to do it at least 3 hours daily! That is a LONG time! And it just causes contractions, not a guarantee for labour.
