This is my 5th pregnancy. My first 3 were a breeze, but my 4th I had placenta previa and extremely bad acid reflux. This time around I had no symptoms until my 3rd month... and let me tell you... they are the worst ever.
Nausea
Umbilical hernia
Debilitating acid reflux
Dizziness
Constipation

I have no symptoms either and I'm around 8 weeks. Just slightly tender boobs and feeling hungry a lot. It's really unnerving isn't it? Hopefully we are just lucky!

Have you had your first OB check yet?  I agree it's likely you're fine,  but this is one of the first signs of a possible early miscarriage.  I've had three healthy pregnancies and two miscarriages and I knew from the beginning that something wasn't "right" with the miscarriages - I just didn't feel pregnant besides feeling a little headachy.  Your OB should be able to tell you pretty clearly at this point -

Best wishes.

You'll be fine. I say be thankful. My first two I had no symptoms and pregnancy was easy. But my last two I had a lot of symptoms. This time though I think I have had every symptoms you could possibly think of
