You may have ovaluated later on they you thought hence the smaller measurement the spotting maybe from implantation bleeding try to not worry good luck
It happened to me too. I went in for my first ultrasound around 8 weeks and Dr. Couldn't hear the baby's heart beat. But, when I went again around 13 weeks Dr. Was able to hear the heartbeat . Dr. Told me that it is because I may have ovulated later than I think, that is why they couldn't detect baby's heartbeat. So try not to worry too much. Just stay positive and good luck

I just found my sonograms from my two previous pregnancies n they both have a Date of 5 n a few days on it. N u can see the fetal pole n I wrote on it that I heard the heart beat for the 1st time. At 5 weeks on both. This one was at 6 n 3 days
They didn't find a heart beat for my baby until 8 weeks 4 days
Eating chicken during pregnancy is not harmful unless is under cooked. In fact it is one of the best things to eat during pregnancy. A high protein diet is recommended to support a pregnancy. So eat chicken it's good for u
