Yes it your plug but dOesn't mean your in labor I lost mine in a time period of 5 days before I actually went into labor. The last of it had some blood

I keep waiting for mine. This is my 4th and I have yet to loose mine. This is my last so I'd like to have that experience. Good luck mama!
I'm a ftm too but I asked my midwife what the mucus plug looked like and she described it exactly like you just did.
