I've had sciatica from early this pregnancy in both my *** muscles so I'm lucky not lol and just from cleaning the other day for my son's party I was unable to stand up from extreme pain in my back cause the nerve was getting pinched in my spine. The pain was unbelievable I lost my breath and was on the ground crying had to get a home doctor give my pain killers and I was on bed rest for 3 days. Now I have heat packs on all day and night and need to take it very easy or I'll have to go to hospital. I hope you don't get it as bad as me because herniated disks are not fun :(

I typed in stretches to relieve sciatic nerve pain during pregnancy and got a whole bunch of links with pictures to help. I have been having a lot of wciatica lately and it is extremely painful. The link i posted seemed to be very descriptive and helpful with the stretches.

I bet it's your hips and what your feeling is referred pain, you should go for a visit to a massage therapist if that's an option for you! Massage or chiro can help so many pregnancy ailments you don't have to just suffer through the pain !

I think it's in the muscles another thing is that I work 8hours standing I'm hoping that is not a cause of my matter

It's more than likely sciatica/sciatic nerve pain. It is awful but it's part of pregnancy and there are stretched you can do if it's really bad

Where is the pain located, is it in your muscle or your bone structure? First I thought of pelvic thinning but since you've had it for two months It could be something else. If it's more in your muscle then the spine could be twitched, like a subluxation. The muscle would then be overworking and compensate. But then again it depends on the exact location of the pain.
