Has anyone had to-do these? I'll be 32 weeks and my ob wants me to start doing these once a week til I hit 36weeks then go twice a week for it. I have No idea what to expect and I'm kinda nervous. Never had to-do this with my first son.

Yes I just started doing those twice a week because I'm having twins

I did it with my 2nd pregnancy.They did an ultrasound and then hook you up to a monitor that's kind of like the monitor they use for contractions.

A non-stress test is just where they hook you up to a fetal monitor and watch the baby's movements and heart rate for 30min to an hour. Nothing to it. I had to do one but it was because my blood pressure was elevated and had protein in my urine.
