nose bleed

I am 28 weeks and I had my first nose bleed ever last night. I switched to night shifts at work and around 4 am I had a minor one. I go to the doctor tomorrow but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this before. Worried the change in sleeping schedule may have jolted my system. I also went to bed this morning after I got off and woke up vomiting twice but I don't feel sick. I have thrown up since my third month.

I'm 28 weeks and my nose bleeds almost every time I blow it:/ really stinks lol

Nose bleeds are completely normal. I've had them with all 4 pregnancies my 1st baby it was so bad they wanted to burn the ends of the blood vessels in both nostrils to stop it but the appointment took so look to come through I'd had baby and it stopped.  Things like vomiting and nose bleeds etc can come and go throughout pregnancies it may not be because of your schedule at all. :)
