The worst night while being pregnant. Charlie horses in my both of my legs, heart burn, and I think I either have a really bruised rib or it is now cracked. Only 5 more weeks to go though.
As soon as I feel a Charlie horse coming on I lift up my toe s and whole foot and stretch it straight up. Always stops them dead in there tracks !
Charley horses are a symptom of potassium deficiency. You might call your doc and see if you can get some help - they hurt so much.
:( drink plenty of water. It helps your muscle cramps. I hope tonight it better
