Eating Processed Foods, Pregnant Or Not ... Not The Greatest Idea. Its Harder ToEat Healthy In American Society Because ... Well, food Industry Is Counting On Us To Be Uneducated. TheyDesignFood ToBE Chemically Addictive SToo We Keep Buying It. Not ToMention, Its Cheaper And Faster. Your Baby Will Be FiNE During Youth, But Will Be More Apt To Havinaas Health Problems. As An Adult. If It Comes Packaged In A Box, No Matter What Health Benefit Its Trying ToTell It Has, Its JustCounting On You To Be Dumb Enough ToBelieve It, AndNot Know Enough To Know How Bad It Is For You. Even Packaged Products From Whole Foods. The American Foods Industry Is Evil- Try To Go For Not Processed, And nNo Sugar Whenever Possible- Not Only Baby Will Benefit, But You Will

Ive had really bad sickness and could barely eat anything and when I could it was sweet, my other half made me go to the doctor as he was worried baby wasnt getting what it needed but the doctor said as long as im eating something the baby will take what it needs. So just eat what you can and dont force anything thats likely to make you bring anything back up. Hope that helps x

Try making smoothies etc they are quick and easy.. There are heaps of yummy healthy meals you can make at home, you just need to be organised. I do a meal plan each week and get all my groceries for the weekon a Sunday. But I agree sometimes you just need to eat some junk!! But I keep reminding myself I need to eat as good as I can to help my baby and I'm sure I'll be thankful for it when it comes time to loose the baby weight!

Obviously a variety of foods are good for you and your baby. If your taking a prenatal you are getting some of the vitamin an minerals you need, but you should still be eating natural sources. I was opposite, I don't take prenatal vitamins so I made a huge point to eat fruits , vegetables, lean meat, and whole grains everyday... I also enjoy ice cream, cookies, chips , all the good stuff lol. Just make an effort and do what you can do :)

I craved fruits and vegetables a lot during the early part of my pregnancy. My baby would let me keep down a lot if foods so I kept a list of what I could and couldn't eat. I suggest eating a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water.

I am in the same boat. I started eating healthy and it lasted a while. Im now 27 weeks and eating how I did before I got pregnant. All I crave is cherry poptarts and sweets so I limit myself but it still is all high calorie and does nothing for you.  I will tell you I gained weight more quickly when I started eating junk again but total i have gained 19lbs. I dont think you should feel bad your still caring for your child and love them even if you dont eat salads for every meal :)

I'm having the same issues. Fruit seems to be the ONLY thing that didn't make me nauseous. I'm also trying not to feel bad about not eating so healthy right now (currently 9 weeks along)

Ok so I don't think I'm eating super healthy either but I can only eat what this little will allow. Seriously though, it's a battle!!! I do crave more fruits but even though I crave them, I can take one bite, and instantly change my mind cuz the little doesn't agree with me. Lol!!! So I usually go for things I can shove in my face fast like corndogs and chicken strips, a smoothie, other junk. I'm hoping to be able to eat Better diet later on in my pregnancy but right now, I gotta eat what I can get in. I'm 18 weeks today though and so far, baby is wiggly and healthy!!!!!
