not efaced?
I'm 2cm 38w. And not efaced yet. Is is possible to be dialating and not efacing at all? How can I speed up the process?

I don't know how to help you efface, but you can dilate without effacing. Don't let it bum you out though, neither dilation or effacing says anything about when you will go into labor :)
