I am also a chronic sufferer of kidney stones and narajo4 is correct if it's your kidneys my doctor as well suggests lots of natural lemon juice instead of cranberry. The acid in citrus fruits help break down the stone, if there is one, so you can pass it. My stones are created by a certain bacteria that live in the kidney. Pregnancy can cause one as well. I have suffered through 12 in 5 years with two having to be removed. I also don't get symptoms until my urine is tinted. You can try peeing on a paper towel while holding it and letting it dry, if you run your finger across it after it completely dries and it feels grainy you may be passing a stone. I always try that trick. Good luck to you! ♡ :)
I have chronic kidney stones and tinted pee is usually how I know I've got one fixing to start moving. I rarely have any other symptoms unless it gets lodged/stuck. My kidney Dr has me up me drink water with lemon instead of cranberry juice. Definitely let your Dr know and follow his instructions.
A few years ago, when i wasnt pregnant, i had a kidney infection and only knew from some lower back pain, no pain while peeing, no pee discoloration. What i mean is if you have an infection, sometimes its not so obvious
Beets can cause urine to turn pink, if you've eaten them lately. Not sure about any other food.
Ugh I hope it's not kidney stones those are so not fun and definitely not what I need.
I had this about two weeks ago. Went to the er and they took me straight to labor and delivery. It ended up being what they believed to be kidney stones. They did a catheter for fresh urine from my bladder and pumped me full of liquids. I was down for the count for about 4 days but all is better now. Definitely go in if you havent.
Thank you ladies. I woke up with a cold this morning and then all of the sudden this. Yes I'm peeing a lot but I mean 37 weeks that's expected. And I always thought if it was an infection that I would have symptoms.
Probably have a UTI. It may not be painful at this point, but could get worse if you don't get some antibiotics. Drink lots of water, and cranberry juice until you can see your doctor. Real cranberry juice that tastes gross from the health food section, not ocean spray.
It might not be blood, could be high levels of bilirubin. I had it as a side effect of pancreatitis. Get it checked out asap.
You might have a urine infection or kidney infection . Book appointment with your GP . if your worried tho please go hospital to put your mind at ease x
