not gaining weight

FTM: I was 127 before I was pregnant and I lost 4lbs in the first 3 months, then gained them back slowly so at 6 months I'm only 128, just one pound over my initial weight. I have been told I need to put on more weight but I can't and it scares me to think it will harm my baby not doing so... I'm only 5'2" so 127 was overweight for me... but the doctor told me I had to gain from 25-35lbs, isn't that a bit too much? I haven't even gained 10 lbs and I eat normal just healthier... should I eat less healthy to gain?

Make sure you take your vitamins. If you aren't eating an extra meal try a protein shake or some sort of nutritional shake (ensure or boost) even slim fast has more nutrients than nothing ya know

Dont eat less healthy.. just eat more.. bigger servings with the healthy foods you are already eating.. but also let yourself enjoy a snack once in a while like ice cream!
