numbness and pain left hand

Hello ladies, about a week or so ago I started experiencing this pain in my forearm and numbness in my fingers and hand during the night. It was so painful I could not sleep. Now I have this numbness almost all day and the pain comes up depending on the movement I make with my hand. It is so annoying as I can't sleep at night and no in a simple task as eating (I'm lefty) is painful.

Any of you ladies have experienced this? I have searched online and the closest is tunnel carpal syndrome?

I had this earlier in my pregnancy abd it ended up being a pinched nerve and muscle knott I had to get massaged out. Definitely talk to the doctor though if you believe it's carpal tunnel so they can help before baby arrives (:

It's pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome. It's so annoying. I have it.
