Oh yay!!! Lol thanks ladies heatpads and birthing balls here I come :)
Sounds like sciatica. Fun stuff! Stretching helps a lot. If you sit in hard chairs put something under tha back part of your but to tilt your pelvis... It'll keep your spine aligned. Of course the body pillow is a nighttime life saver... All the way from the ankles to.the.knees/thighs. And... A birth ball. Omg those are fabulously.amazing to sit on. I sit on mine and do pelvis thrusts back and forth slowly so it stretches my lower back. I also do side to side and little baby hip circles. Even just sitting on it and doing absolutely nothing makes your back feel better.
You mean like an awesome sharp stabbing throb in your left butt cheek/tailbone/lower back?
Yeah that's a fun one to deal with. Heat pad and Tylenol. Its from your pelvis separating and baby sinking down and sitting on a nerve. If you haven't already you may also get a real fun shooting pain right down your vag too. Mine normal comes when I'm walking, used to be more painful when I stepped on my right foot but now its almost always when I step with my left. I'm 39+2 weeks so basically it doesn't get better is what I'm trying to say...lol just take it easy and like I said, heating pad works best for me. But try heat try ice and see what helps :-)
