Have any of you moms ever exprienced this before idk what to think im a bit worried is this normal? Whats the cause of these very light menstrual cramps?

The baby could be stretching causing your body to stretch and feel like cramps
It could just be Ur uterus expanding.. Don't worry unless its Strong n unbearable.
