I take milk of magnesia if its an emergency (it was on my 'safe' list but I would ask your doctor before taking), otherwise fiber, water, and I like dried prunes.

Honey if it has been more than two days you haven't gone to the bathroom I will go to the doctor knowing that you're pregnant so trying to Meds and any over-the-counter stuff may not help so go see the doctor ASAP because you're pregnant!!!!

I.was the same way! Eat dried proons, like two or three with every meal! This saved me... nothing els was working for me. It didn't give me a belly ache it just made me regular.  Ive been doing it since I was 20 weeks and havnt had a problem since!!!
