intense pressure

hi I am 18 weeks today and I have been having intense pressure in my vaginal area. other feels like my whole insides want to come out. I have an appt on Wed the 29th and I am def saying something to my Dr. it hurts to walk or move or even sit sometimes. I am also on slight bed rest because of a subchorionic bleed. has anyone had this happen before and what did your Dr say? please any info will be helpful.

Ive been going thru the same pains since 18 weeks n im now 26 weeks. They tell me its stretching n that the baby may be laying on some nerves down there.  I was also told that my baby is low. I dont know if this info helps but i wanna find out more too cuz the pain is very severe at times.
