If your vagina is a clock (anus being 6 o clock) run your thumb while pulling slightly from 3 o clock (one leg) to 9 o clock (other leg). Dooo not go to 12. so, coconut oil, olive oil work great. I felt a little sore after the first time I did mine. You have to do it consistently for it to be effective. You can't stretch one day and expect to do the splits the next. It takes time to build flexibility. I was told to begin it at 34 weeks.
