ongoing itching and bumps

I do have a Dr appt this week so I will be asking then, but in the meantime. For three months I've dealt with extremely itchy legs, with little red bumps on them. Started noticing it on my chest and between my boobs and on top of my boobs some also. Last night I got in the shower and noticed my arms are covered on the underneath, worse on the upper arms but all the way to my wrists. Its also down my upper sides. I do notice its worse where I've had stretch marks before from being fat at one point. However I have zero itching or bumps on my belly or abdomen at all so I don't think its puppp. Also nothing on hands and feet. Is it just hives? I did finally take benadryl to sleep I don't know that it helped with the itching, maybe it did, I fell asleep pretty quick. The bumps are still there today though. Benadryl made me tired and groggy and headachy so I don't want to take it again. Ive already switched to tide free and clear and am using some plain old Goat milk soap and cocoa butter lotion or super itch defense lotion. Graah.   Starting to feel like I have the plague. Don't know what else to do. Oatmeal baths? Ugh.

It could be hives or eczema. Or something else.defjnitely get it checked out. Before I got pregnant I thought I had hives. Only to find out by a dermatologist that it was just eczema. Thank the good Lord my eczema has disappeared. Coconut oil helped a lot though when I did have patches. Also apple cider vinegar baths.

This has happened to me once during my first pregnancy and you may have an allergy to something you use daily that did not bother you before. I broke out in hives due to eating cheese it was horrible. I hope you get your answer and relief!

Def ask your doctor about cholestasis. It caused severe itching. It can be easily ruled out with a blood test.

My friend has those itchy bumps, not a problem through her pregnancy but in her due date (December 22) she will be induced if bub doesn't come early just to be safe. Definitely see a Dr about it.

I totally feel your pain, I've been dealing with the same situation for several days now. I have no idea what it is that's causing it and I'm going a bit crazy from the constant itching. I'm definitely making an appointment with my doctor ASAP! Aloe vera helps a little but it doesn't last very long, maybe it will work for you.
